After notifying us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, you have a further 14 days to send the items back, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Returns & refunds
Right of withdrawal: you have a statutory period of 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions. Contact contact@nolyahparis.com or use the withdrawal form below.
How to return: please contact us for the correct return address for the item. Do not send parcels to our administrative address without prior confirmation.
Parcel shop returns: where permitted by the carrier and supplier, we may offer drop-off at a parcel collection point or locker. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, the relevant label. This service cannot be guaranteed for every item or order.
Return shipping costs: for a withdrawal, the direct cost of returning items is paid by the customer unless Nolyah Paris agrees to cover it. Statutory rights apply where an item is faulty, non-conforming or sent in error.
Condition of items: please return items with their accessories and labels where possible. You are liable only for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Refunds: for a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amounts due, including the original standard delivery charge where refundable, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving notice of withdrawal. We may defer the refund until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
