Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products through the Nolyah Paris website, accessible at www.nolyahparis.com, published by the sole proprietorship Cindy Lejeune, trading as Nolyah. Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Article 3 — Products and prices
Products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros (€), VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Delivery charges are shown before final confirmation of the order.
Article 4 — Order and payment
The order becomes final once payment has been validated. Payment is made using the secure methods offered at checkout, including bank card and, where available, express or instalment payment services.
Article 5 — Delivery
Preparation and dispatch: orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery: the estimated delivery time is 3 to 14 business days depending on the product and its origin. Applicable delivery information is displayed before the order is confirmed. In accordance with the law, the maximum delivery time may not exceed 30 days from order confirmation.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Return costs: in the event of withdrawal, direct return costs are borne by the customer, unless Nolyah agrees to cover them or the return results from an error on our part or a defective/non-conforming product.
Condition of items: items must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn other than for trying on, unwashed, unstained, odour-free, and with their original tags intact, subject to the legal rules applicable to assessing any depreciation of the goods.
Refund: refunds are made in accordance with legal timeframes and, in principle, using the same payment method as the one used for the transaction.
Article 7 — Legal warranties
Products benefit from the applicable legal warranties, including the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These warranties are separate from the right of withdrawal.

Article 9 — Complaints and mediation
In the event of a difficulty, customers are invited to contact Nolyah first at contact@nolyahparis.com in order to seek an amicable solution.
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, if no amicable solution is found, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator applicable to Nolyah:
