Delivery areas: Metropolitan France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Finland, Denmark, Poland, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, as well as the United States and Canada for a selection of products.
Order preparation: orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery time: allow 3 to 14 business days depending on the product and its origin. A tracking number is sent to you once the order has been dispatched when the carrier provides one.
Shipping costs: in Metropolitan France, standard tracked delivery costs €6.90 for orders below €80.00 and is free from €80.00 of purchases. An order may be dispatched in several parcels depending on the logistics partners.
Taxes and customs duties: for Canada, local import taxes may apply on delivery.
Returns & refunds
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Return conditions: items must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn other than for trying on, unwashed, unstained, odour-free, and with their original tags intact.
Return costs: direct return costs are borne by the customer in the event of withdrawal, unless Nolyah agrees to cover them or the return results from an error on our part or a defective/non-conforming product.
Refund: after receipt of the return and subject to the applicable conditions, the refund is made to the payment method used for the order, in accordance with legal timeframes.
